Was she kicking or stomping in Spell - 1? Lol
Also I find Spell Channel look a bit odd with the way her hands and legs move, it would be better if either you just animate her hair and clothes or reduce the time so that it move extremely faster to look more natural.

I was lazy and I don't have enough time to think what animation to put.
Whatever the case may be, just edit it if you have to.
I usually transfer animations than making my own which takes the entire day.
I might take your advice but when the body is also static I get uncomfortable. Lol
