Cloudflare Is having issues . The Cloudflare API and Cloudflare Recursive DNS is down. So all websites that are using Cloudflare will take a long time to load or won't load at all.
Discord is also one of those sites . So discord may be stuck at loading for you.
Just wanted to let everyone know the site is fine and so is the discord.
